Meet the Team:

Chiropractors

Craig de Groot

DC, CCEP

Chiropractor
Registered member of the General Chiropractic Council

I trained as a Chiropractor in Durban, South Africa, completing my studies in 1998.

In South Africa I worked in the professional sports field as part of multidisciplinary health care teams and in a busy private practice. After emigrating to England in 1999, I have continued to work in multidisciplinary clinics specializing in musculo-skeletal and orthopaedic dysfunctions. I am a certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner and a certified Graston Technique soft tissue practitioner. My Chiropractic philosophy is based on integrating the physical, emotional and chemical well-being of the body to attain maximum health status. I have a special interest in treating spinal dysfunction, chronic neck pain and headaches.

Weekends see me playing or watching sport and spending time with my family.

Rebecca Rees

DC

Chiropractor
Registered member of the General Chiropractic Council

I first became interested in Chiropractic after receiving treatment for back pain and headaches as a teenager.

I graduated with distinction from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth with a Masters of Chiropractic degree. I have a special interest in pre- and post-natal care, helping to relieve and prevent many of the problems that can arise both during and after pregnancy. My other interests also include sports injuries and rehabilitation and in the past I have worked closely with a number of rugby teams, providing treatment both on and off the pitch.

I enjoy treating each patient as a whole, helping them to get out of pain and stay that way through a combination of treatment, lifestyle advice and rehabilitative exercises.

Moira de Groot

DipCFHP, MPSPract

Foot Health Practitioner
Accredited Register of Foot Health Practitioners

I have always been interested in health and well-being and I have always wanted to help other people. With an ageing population, many people suffering with obesity and a general lack of foot health professionals, my calling was to help people with their feet. I am delighted to have qualified through the College of Foot Health Professionals in Blackheath, the only Foot Health Practitioner course recognised by the Professional Standards Authority. I have been trained in all elements of foot care and look forward to helping you and your feet.

When I am not working as a Foot Health Practitioner, I enjoy spending time excising, being outdoors and, when I get the chance, I like a good book. I am wife to Craig and mother to Erin and Paige.
